I just received. First time trying this. It does dissolve fast and is tasteless. Not sure how it’s going to work. I know when I am lacking in fiber when my underwear has skid marks at the end of the day and my poop is soft and I have to wipe multiple times after. In the past fiber has helped eliminate that 100%. If this does the same I’ll update my review and give 5 stars. For now the rating is based on having no flavor and dissolving quickly.

Tasteless mixes well with water. Works like it should!

Works well dont take to much

I’m sure this product works but I’ll never know because I ordered it based on the web description that says “gluten free” and it is NOT gluten free. Contains wheat.

But you must drink a lot of water or you will feel very uncomfortable

Over priced versus other fiber products. Virtually tasteless.

Product is meant to regulate. It does so superbly. Easy to use in any liquid. Dissolves easily, no taste.

I add this to my juice when having trouble with my bowels. Mixes in real easy and cant taste it. Usually has your bowels going in a day or 2

I use it in hot beverages and it’s helped me in a lot of ways. Glad I found this product.
