Greater than one weekThis helmet is exceptionally well made. The quality fit and finish is first rate. It’s a little heavy but I think that is a function of the quality. If your head shape fits a Shoei you’ll be comfortable in this. For the price this is a first rate helmet. I will be buying another one for my kid. He has a good helmet, this is better.

> 3 dayFor the price I don’t think you’ll find a lighter more comfortable helmet. I missed the boat on the older fly f2 carbon helmets that were a decent price but almost impossible to find anymore except in XS or XXXL. Had one good wreck with it so far and walked away unscathed as far as my head goes. Highly recommend for a budget friendly light carbon helmet that looks good too.

> 3 dayIts been a long time since I bought a dirt-bike helmet, but it seems like this one was not much more expensive than the Answer A-Tech I bought back in the mid-80s. Its certainly far more comfortable, though, and lighter. The only thing that takes getting used to is the visor tends to move up and down while riding, especially when the wind catches it at higher speeds. It may just be that the visor screws need to be tightened up a little, but the old helmets (with snap on visors) never had this issue.

> 3 dayFor the price, theres little (or nothing) better. I am always glad for the hi-vis (closer to lime green than yellow) colors and about colors, wish the black part was blue, or light blue. I dont know why theres so much black paint on all these helmets but I was opting for the white/blue torch model, but this yellow/black one is much more affordable and basically the same safety features. Recommend to visit any local shop to ensure fitment prior to purchasing things like this, but the Large is the same size here as with the torch model. first time riding and a dollar sized rock was flung up from my rear tire and landed on my (helmeted) head and am so glad to have it. Ive inspected it, and rubbed it but appears to be no damage, and even though it makes my hair look funny, Id rather have that then injury.

> 3 dayThe fit is good, you get some road noise over 60 mph, but it has great air flow on a hot day.

> 3 dayBought and returned a few helmets in the last week and this model is correct for their sizing chart. All other brands were way too small and they didnt even make something big enough as a replacement. I purchased a XXXL and it was perfect for a 24.5 head, hope this helps.

Greater than one weekMy head circumference is 63cm as far as I can tell which is 7-7/8 to 8 hat size. I tried a 2XL helmet. I could get it on my head, but it was too small. The 3XL fits better. I use it for BMX. I was concerned that the mouth guard would block my view, but it doesnt. The visor is fine, but I have to tighten the plastic screws to hold it in place. The carrying bag is nice. I wear glasses, and I cant put the helmet on or off without removing my glasses. Also when the helmet is on, there is a little side pressure on the side pieces of the glasses. It hasnt caused any problems not did my glasses move out of place. The helmet doesnt feel too heavy. Its working out fine for BMX. My 2 youngest sons also have very large head circumference about 98-99 percentile. My 4 year old already measures for a medium adult size.
