> 24 hourFor the price, theres little (or nothing) better. I am always glad for the hi-vis (closer to lime green than yellow) colors and about colors, wish the black part was blue, or light blue. I dont know why theres so much black paint on all these helmets but I was opting for the white/blue torch model, but this yellow/black one is much more affordable and basically the same safety features. Recommend to visit any local shop to ensure fitment prior to purchasing things like this, but the Large is the same size here as with the torch model. first time riding and a dollar sized rock was flung up from my rear tire and landed on my (helmeted) head and am so glad to have it. Ive inspected it, and rubbed it but appears to be no damage, and even though it makes my hair look funny, Id rather have that then injury.

> 24 hourPurchased for my son and he really digs the look of it. He thinks it seems a little tight but no doubt it just needs to mold to his noggin. Also it came with a fairly nice storage bag. Overall were very pleased so far.

> 24 hourIt was time to replace my old helmet due to age. I swapped a street helmet for this one and I’m happy with the results. I would have liked the listing to include more prominence on the fact it lacks a shield

> 24 hourIts been a long time since I bought a dirt-bike helmet, but it seems like this one was not much more expensive than the Answer A-Tech I bought back in the mid-80s. Its certainly far more comfortable, though, and lighter. The only thing that takes getting used to is the visor tends to move up and down while riding, especially when the wind catches it at higher speeds. It may just be that the visor screws need to be tightened up a little, but the old helmets (with snap on visors) never had this issue.

> 24 hourThis helmet is exceptionally well made. The quality fit and finish is first rate. It’s a little heavy but I think that is a function of the quality. If your head shape fits a Shoei you’ll be comfortable in this. For the price this is a first rate helmet. I will be buying another one for my kid. He has a good helmet, this is better.

> 24 hourThe helmet, perhaps, has a design issue that makes it uncomfortable on the cheek bones. The Styrofoam shell (see arrows on the picture) is non-compressible and extends inward at the cheek bone. The 35mm cheek pad which rests on the shell compresses but has no where to go. The cheek pad has seams which add to the uncomforted. In the picture you can see that the cheek is narrower than the head. I purchased one size larger, which otherwise fits (not a size issue). Otherwise it is a light weight helmet of nice quality. The cost of return shipping is on the purchaser.

> 24 hourIve been wearing my Bell MX9 Adventure Helmet for a month and I am very happy with it. It is very comfy, feels sturdy, and has great ventilation even in 100-degree weather. I have no regrets about this purchase. It looks awesome too

> 24 hourLove my mx9. Bit of a warmer helmet fyi. Bought the one on this listing for my wife it came without a lens. Double checked and the ad description explicitly says includes a lens. To be fair the photo shows it without a lens. But since I already bought one and it did come with a lens, plus the description, I figured it was a goof. Emailed bell no response ever. So after a couple weeks I requested a swap through Amazon. Replacement came, no lens. Time to return and go buy from Rocky Mtn instead

> 24 hourMy head circumference is 63cm as far as I can tell which is 7-7/8 to 8 hat size. I tried a 2XL helmet. I could get it on my head, but it was too small. The 3XL fits better. I use it for BMX. I was concerned that the mouth guard would block my view, but it doesnt. The visor is fine, but I have to tighten the plastic screws to hold it in place. The carrying bag is nice. I wear glasses, and I cant put the helmet on or off without removing my glasses. Also when the helmet is on, there is a little side pressure on the side pieces of the glasses. It hasnt caused any problems not did my glasses move out of place. The helmet doesnt feel too heavy. Its working out fine for BMX. My 2 youngest sons also have very large head circumference about 98-99 percentile. My 4 year old already measures for a medium adult size.

> 24 hourThe helmet was true to size , not very tight nor loose , with a lot of vents , if you are planning on using it on the highway I would recommend a face mask
