Bell Mens Star/Vortex/RS-1 and Revolver Helmet Faceshield, One Size, Dark Smoke

Good product, doesnt always stay in its mount. Popped off while riding when i raised it.

Ordered a tinted visor to replace my old one because it was scratched from the helmet falling a few times. I’d have been better off with the old one. New visor was scratched to hell and back and disgustingly filthy. Not happy at all for $65

I was expecting the light smoke to be slightly darker than what I got, but it is light smoke, so I guess I cant complain much. Its a very light tint, just slightly more than the clear visor, but at least I wont have to worry about it being too dark when the sun starts going down.

Perfect fit. Easy to install system. Just beware, the Bell Qualifier does not come with a smoke shield despite the main pictures. Enjoy!

The perfect amount of tint where it’s protecting from the sun but you can also see through it at night. It’s durable, I dropped it a few times and it didn’t crack or scratch. Smooth open and close . Easy to clean ( I just use some alcohol wipes). Looks so good !

This was perfect to replace my clear lens that came with the helmet.

Its worth the money

Not a fan of transition visor. Too fragile. This was a great alternative.

I purchased the smoke visor(not light smoke, or dark smoke, just smoke) as the picture shows it is a bit darker than the original clear. If you want mass sunlight block then definitely go for the dark smoke. I have blue eyes that are pretty sensitive to the sun and so far this has been much better than the original visor.

I got my monarch Bell helmet a few months ago. My biggest concern is protecting from sun damage to my skin. Ive been on enough cross country rides that have done damage over the years that I really needed to switch from my half helmet. Even though the stock shield claimed to be protective from UV rays, it seemed to still allow me to get more color than I wanted. This shield was exactly what I needed and now I am definitely comfortable riding all day without any issues!
