I love dates & dense bars such as these Bahamii bites! The package comes with 2 bites, they look small but because of how dense they are the 2 bites provide enough energy to last me the whole morning at work without getting hangry. Im a dental hygienist so I never have enough time to sit and eat so these bites are a lifesaver. The chocolate almond flavor is my fav, kind of reminds me of a brownie and not too sweet. Highly rec :)

I love this product and it’s flavors. It makes a great treat for on the go in the morning or just to have whenever. These Bahamii bites are surprisingly filling along with being DELICIOUS! Can’t wait to to take some on a hike or vacation.

Bahamii is the best snack Ive ever been able to carry on board my boats for work. They are so easy to carry, and their packaging is excellent never melting on my hottest days. With every bite I took, I felt more energized and ready to seize the day. Love the almonds and just genuinely adore the snack. I definitely want to try more Bahamii products in the future.

These are a perfect pre-workout snack. Definitely smaller than I was expecting, but great flavor! The vanilla coconut ones are good as well.
