I used it as a pre workout snack and it was exactly what I needed for a heavy lift that kept me energized in only 20 minutes!

I think the chocolate almond flavor is the best! It has more texture and the dates arent as overpowering as I found them to be in the honey cinnamon kind. Theyve been a great quick bite before going to the gym in the AM when I dont want to eat a lot. The only downside is the price point for me; I would probably go for a more substantial bar for an everyday snack than the bites, but they are a nice change of pace from the current energy/ granola bars out there!

These energy bites are so tasty! It reminds me of a moist brownie. I tried to only eat one in the pack of two but ended up eating both because of how good they are. It makes a great snack when you are on the go!

I ordered all 3 flavors and found each one to be so incredibly delicious! They are just the right serving size and is the perfect morning, afternoon, or evening snack. The kicker is they are healthy, organic, and super convenient!

These are a perfect pre-workout snack. Definitely smaller than I was expecting, but great flavor! The vanilla coconut ones are good as well.

This snack is packed with great ingredients needed to stay healthy. The packaging is clean and easy to use and the amount of energy I got from this snack was unbelievable. I personally did not like the smell of it but after getting past that it was great. I would recommend this snack to anyone needing energy and healthy alternatives to snack on throughout the day
