Was hoping so bad that this would work for my baby but it had no effect. I also find the belt too bulky and the unicorn horn sticks my baby in the face. Returning.

I see that this is marketed as colic relief for infants, but this item really has so many uses! It has a hot/cold pack that you either put in the microwave or freezer. The material on the hot/cold pack feels sturdy and wipeable, like the material a blood pressure cuff is made out of. You slip the hot/cold pack in the pocket behind the unicorn, and can use the Velcro straps to secure it to whatever you want. The Velcro strips are long, so there’s plenty of room to adjust its size. The full length is about 26 inches, so it will fit around just about anything that’s a few inches smaller in circumference. It will absolutely fit around an infant’s belly, and it still has no trouble fitting around my 16 month old toddler’s belly too. It would also be great to use around an adult size arm or leg, so you will have no trouble getting more use out of it even if your baby is beyond the colic stage. The unicorn pouch is made out of a very soft, velvety material and is machine washable in a delicates bag. My only complaint is that the stitching is loose on one side of the pocket where the hot/cold pack goes, but I imagine I’ll be able to sew reinforce it with a basics needle and thread. Overall, I’m very pleased with this item and its variety of uses!

When my baby nephew gets sick we put this little wrap on him and it helps calm him down a bit. It’s gentle relaxing heat. You can see the difference on his face as soon as you put this on him. Not only that, but the design is so cute and kid friendly I think he likes the animal look, just as much as the adults around him. The price is more than fair, being that this can make your sick child receive some relief.

I got the giraffe and its so cute. There is a lot of adjustability and it works well for my newborn. The pouch is held in with hook and loop and doesnt fall out. Microwaving it was quick and easy. Anything to help the baby feel better and reduce crying is so helpful.

This baby heating pad is very good and useful. Assure that you look at microwave settings for heating. Only have to do 15seconds so it wouldnt be to hot for baby

I was looking for something in hopes of helping my 4 week old with gas, constipation etc. & stumbled upon this gem. It definitely helped soothe him, when he was getting fussy due to these reasons. The quality good, I have zero complaints. It is size adjustable, so it can grow with your baby as well. If your gel pouch ends up busting or something accidentally you can purchase a replacement. A well worth the “Uggh. I hope this helps him.” Blind buy.

Instructions for care are very clear. So cute and easy to place on babe. Velcro helps for chunkier babes. Does not take long to warm so your little one does not have to wait a long time.

For nearly 30 years, I ignored the directions on our old yellow heating pad. Warning: Do not use directly on skin. Warning: Only use while awake, etc. There was more than a paragraph of itty bitty fine print about fire and burn hazards, and I willfully ignored it! Then, the night before my wedding, I ignored those directions one last time. The next morning when I woke up, I had painful and gross blistered burns across my abdomen and nobody to blame but myself and my own foolish decisions. Well, I was NOT going to let this happen to my kids! Thats why this cute kiddie heating pad is so awesome. No risk of fire. No risk of burns (when used responsibly, according to the reasonable and legible directions). This adorable dinosaur pad comforts my baby and gives me the confidence that he (unlike me!) wont be scarred for life.

I love the idea of these & have never heard of them till I had a baby. It was very easy to use & helps my little one greatly when she has an upset stomach.
