> 3 dayMuch better than Ensure or other Protein Shakes & generally at lower cost. Just wish the other flavors were similarly priced. Ive had to cancel my overall Subscribe & Save because the spread across 5 flavors is too expensive between all 5 of even the lowest cost individual flavors.
