> 3 dayMuch better than Ensure or other Protein Shakes & generally at lower cost. Just wish the other flavors were similarly priced. Ive had to cancel my overall Subscribe & Save because the spread across 5 flavors is too expensive between all 5 of even the lowest cost individual flavors.

> 3 dayStarted using protein shakes in my iced coffee instead of creamer and this brand taste best i like the vanilla latte or standard vanilla so i can use my different surger free coffee syrups to flavor them different because I like verity.

> 3 dayThese taste GREAT for a treat a couple times a week with caffeine. I drink a few protein drinks a day & my favorite brand is Orgain since they don’t contain the Sucralose but I do like a couple of these a week.

Greater than one weekAdkins makes the best protein shakes. They do not taste like proteins shakes. The coffee flavors are very delicious. It hold me over until lunch.
