The 8GB of ram in the description is a little bit misleading. It actually only comes with 4gb of removable DDR4 and the other 4gb is non-removable. This only has one slot so I upgraded to 1x16 DDR4 3200. As you can imagine this makes a huge difference in performance as I now have 20GB including the non-removable 4gb.

I have had another Asus laptop since 2013, which in that time was very good in terms of light-weighted, fast CPU and high memory capacity. so I ordered this one for my wife, and I am so happy that this one is even more light-weighted (about 3 pounds!!! so exciting!), also this one has a better battery life and real full HD screen.

Refrigeración pecima o prácticamente inultio la pc solo por descargar algo ya llega a los 80 grados C° no me quiero imaginar jugando.. creo que si alguien llega a jugar o ponerla hacer algo medio pesado la pc moriría en poco tiempo.

Luckily I received it brand new and as advertised in the description, it could be better performing with a higher RAM option (I bought the 8GB one), aside from that it performs smoothly. The only downside I have experienced is that, on occasions, the fan can be too loud for no reason at all. Well worth it for the price and there are also a lot of cool accessories for this model in other stores.

Bought this lap top for my son on February 2021. After 7 months using it, is not working any more. Motherboard is damaged which is one of the most important parts of a lap top

While the laptop is working n everything, I received a lesser 256GB SSD than the 512GB model I originally bought.

Buen equipo, rápido y funcional dentro de las capacidades. Me falta comprobar el servicio técnico pues la tarjeta de wi-fi tiene un pequeño problema que espero resuelvan como debe ser. La asistencia inicial por el representante de Asus fue buena pero no resolvió el problema.

I have had great luck with ASUS laptops. This one is fast with terrific screen resolution. Love it!
