I really like the computer the one thing that I would change is the rotating colors on the keyboard.

I got this Laptop as a Christmas gift from my wife. Opened it on 12/26/19 and less than a month in, I am having issues. The GPU is having issues and I cant even play games because I am getting a LoadLibrary error which is saying that the graphics driver needs to be updated but it is up to date and still getting this issue. I should not being having an issue for only having it lessthan a month and I only play on the weekends since I work during the week. So its not like Ive worn it out already. It worked fine for the first few weeks. It played well on all games (except Rainbow six siege and EFT, it would not load me into either game, I would get kicked out). But ultimately I am returning this laptop and hoping to get a better one that wont have this issue.

This computer seems like its be a good device. Bought it for my girlfriend, as she was in need of an updated computer. Less than a week after getting the laptop, the SSD already crapped out. Luckily we could add it to our existing Geek Squad service, and am getting it replaced/upgraded, but now I am weary about what else might go bad with it system next. Other than that, it looks great, and performs well.

The keyboard is a rainbow, and Skyrim loads in less than a second. The AMD card works...weirdly, with shaders in Minecraft, and half of my games arent able to detect it at all. Why? I dont know. All I know is that its real shiny and I dig it.

This is a solid laptop so far I was not expecting much out of AMD anything, but so far I have been pleasantly surprised. I havent had a laptop in over a decade and I have been enjoying it immensely. I dont really have the space to build a PC at this time. The battery life leave something to be desired when gaming but I am not running around with this and just have it more as a computer to work from in one place. I will say that I am not playing any AAA titles on this since Im not really looking for that, but what I have played on it it looks wonderful. I havent had any issues that cause the system to crash or freeze up. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for an alternative to an Intel due to price.

this is a gaming/school-work laptop for my kid. all it needed was another dimm and a data drive. both were easily installed. great value.
