Great laptop at the price range before Covid, has gone up in price since. Unfortunately had to replace the SSD and one of the cooling fans within six months. SSD would corrupt boot partition every couple of months. The graphics fan starting making noises, even with frequent cleaning. Thankfully that is an easy fix and parts are inexpensive. All in all great laptop for school and even performs very well for gaming.

trackpad doesnt work most of the time

overall it is a great laptop for its price , but i have a small problem , when im clicking on W & Shift together i cant press on Z on the same time with other 2 keys , it is a problem for me because im always playing games but i dont think that it will be a big problem for others

This item is pretty terrible. The battery life is just awful with just regular internet browsing. The main thing that is terrible about this computer is the wireless connection keeps disconnecting randomly. It constantly disconnects then shows there’s no wireless networks to connect to then it shuts the wifi off. I would not recommend this product.

Me ha encantado, muy satisfecho con el desempeño.

after having a fight with it to turn on, almost two weeks later a white blotch appears on the screen. I knew that nothing happened to it when I left it on my desk for the day. this laptop isnt bad by all means but just know youre going to have to treat this better than a newborn baby. all the money that went into making this went into specs and screen. they obviously ran out of funds for a stronger and more sturdier case.

My expectations werent too high about this but this laptop is fire.

En cuanto la recibí, cambié de sistema a Manjaro. Actualmente la uso con Windows y Ubuntu, no me ha dado problemas y se puede usar perfectamente bluetooth, impresora wifi, combinaciones de teclas para luz y sonido, etc. No ha presentado fallas.

Really awesome for gaming time. My kid love it !! Size and battery life are good...performance its enough for a lot of games

This laptop is great for gaming. It is a hefty laptop but it’s not meant for travel as much as gaming. It also has a somewhat short battery life. But it’s running some powerful games. Just plug in. It’s easy to upgrade the HD and add more DDR 4 RAM. And does not void the warranty. Mine now has an additional 480 GB SSD and 16 GB of RAM total. 16 gigs of ram in two sticks of 8 allows dual channel RAM which helps a lot. I set the default app installation folder in Windows 10 to the addl SSD drive letter and that’s where new installs go. It boots in less than 10 seconds. Seems sturdy. And the RGB keyboard is fun.
