Okay so I love LOVE this laptop. However and idk if it was just me or the TWO I purchased but, brand new fresh out of the box, my WiFi would disable every time the system went to sleep. And I mean it would disable and the WiFi card would disappear from the device manager list. I would have to reboot the system to get internet again. I called Microsoft for support because it thought it was a windows 10. After over the phone support they deemed it to be the system. So I returned it to amazon. And got a replacement and I had the same problem.

Excelente lap, el procesador me sorprendió mucho! El diseño elegante aunque sea de plástico si te da el aspecto como si fuera premium o de aluminio, buen desempeño en juegos... Honestamente mas del que esperaba por el precio. La uso para CoD, fortnite, Control, Rainbow Six, overwatch y demás y sin problemas me da los 120 fps mínimos para que el monitor de 120hz valga la pena. Se ve muy bien y muy buenos colores. Ya que tiene rgb me hubiera gustado que tuviera más opciones de personalización pero con lo que tiene es suficiente. Dudaba también de la 1650 que trae pero también jala excelente y las temperaturas se mantienen muy estables para ser una portátil. Al principio tuve unos problemas de drivers pero con la actualización que ya existe del bios lo resolví en un día! Excelente producto, no me arrepiento de la compra para nada! La próxima compra también será una ASUS!

It handles everything Ive thrown at it so far. Though what Ive thrown at it is admittedly not super graphics intensive. Plus it is upgradable even if it is just memory and an m.2 slot.

First off do not listen to the bad reviews, I bought this laptop with extra 8gig samsung ram and a 2 tb fire cuda hard drive for fast storage on the cheap around 80$. I have this hooked up to a 4k tv using wireless keyboard mouse and a couple xbox controllers. I run it at 1080p not looking to stress the laptop out but video streaming and gaming this thing beats my Xbox one x10. Better yet its portable and does way more functions then a Xbox One can. I know not a fair comparison how about my house rig its sitting next to i built Ryzen 5 3600 32 gigs of ram and a Sapphire Nitro RX 590 graphics card 8gigs vram. This little laptop can fool me when using it that im using my big rig, Ive yet to experiment with 4k settings but with the laptops amount of vram i dont think it will do well even my desktop rig struggles at 4k gaming.

got this laptop to start streaming on twitch (@masaomineko) because i was on a budget for my setup and it was the best choice Ive made! more than 5 months in with HEAVY use and still runs like a dream

I have repeated problems with the wifi disconnecting, blue screens while watching simple Youtube videos, and the keyboard backlight not working. I sent the computer in for warranty repair, and it worked for a few days only for all of the problems to return. I waited two weeks for the repair the first time, so the second time I asked for expedited service since I use it for remote schoolwork. I was told that I could pay for that myself and that ASUS would not. Thanks for nothing. I cant wait for weeks for you do your job right. What a piece of junk backed up by lousy service.

I really love this laptop. Yeah the battery life is blah but I did not buy this for that as Im home with this thing plugged in. Im a chill laid back gamer that just wants an entry level option that I can upgrade. Ive already added more RAM and a separate hard drive.

Half the time I booted this computer the mouse and keyboard functionality stopped working. I checked in the boot menu and all settings for topic were enabled and the drivers were updated. When it worked, it was great for gaming. Not as good as my GTX 1060 6GB laptop but AAA games can be played on ultra settings even on battery thanks to the Ryzen 5 cpu and battery combination. Mouse and keyboard issues seem like a common problem for Asus laptops. I dont have an external mouse or keyboard so Im not sure if that will solve the issue. Promptly returning my Laptop. Not worth $730 with tax.

The Asus comes minus a few apps you NEED like the one that controls the LED keyboard controller. I have an amplified system I put the sound through, the quality was not good. Asus did an update which was a big improvement. However, Realtek equalizer saved the day. I dont use headphones.
