These monitors are nowhere near top of the line. But for the price, they are an outstanding deal. I love them. Great picture and feedback. If you are trying to run a dual setup, and they are flickering, try updating your video card drivers.

I love these monitors I got 2 and they’re huge and awesome. Fantastic color and easy to use for long days staring at the screen. I recommend them.

I bought a pair of these for a work from home scenario to replace a hodgepodge mix of two different, smaller monitors. First the good; I love the form factor and slim bezel, I have them mounted on a dual arm monitor mount and they look fabulous. To the person who said the base was removeable but you are left with the stem, that is untrue, you can remove the stem by removing the little clip on cover and unscrewing four screws, easy-peasy. I have these running through an Unpluggable dual monitor docking station and all is well with that. They are running in full HD through HDMI cables however, and this is the part where I say be careful and read the description carefully. I thought I was getting 75Hz monitors but if you read, it says it only supports 75Hz with AMD Free-Sync/Adaptive-Sync technology, My work laptop does not have an AMD Graphics card and I wont be using these for gaming so I dont mind so much. However if you are buying these for gaming (and Im not sure why you would) make sure your graphics card supports the AMD Free-Sync/Adaptive-Sync technology or, like me, you will only be getting 60Hz. I got these for a good deal so I am not complaining too much, I could always return them if I felt strongly about it. Otherwise they are a good fit for my situation and I have no other issues. I think the display is very nice, it could stand to have a little more brightness range but, again, for the price, I am not complaining.

I had my doubts at first. But Ill be darned with how impressed I am with this monitor. I am building out a desk that gives me the ability to both sit and stand. I bought this monitor mainly on price. I know that Asus is good, quality wise. But I was just skeptical about the size and whether or not it would hurt my eyes. Overall, I made the right choice and will be purchasing a second one sooner than later. Its a matte screen that can really absorb ambient and almost direct lighting with minimal glare. The refresh rate is fine for my needs as is the clarity at 1080p. ➕ Slim bezels, except for the bottom(labeling). Brightness & bluelight filtering options. Mountable (plate not included) ➖ No sound (I knew it going in, have speakers/soundbar available) Few ports (Might want to invest in a universal hub) On/off button doubles as options toggle That bottom bezel irks me... All in all a nice, safe, quality purchase!

Im returning to the office and Im bringing my existing dual monitors (also asus vl279 but not HE I guess) to the office. Monitors look fine and not too pricy. I thought I ordered the same model I had before but I guess not. Issue 1. They do not work with my docking station. I guess my docking stations second hdmi out only outputs at 30hz and maybe this monitor doesnt support it. I switched to 30hz interleaved and it works but looks terrible. Ive ordered a different docking station to see if that fixes the issue. I guess you could call this an issue with the docking station which does work with the asus vl279 non HE monitors (which must support 30hz). Second issue is they say its wall mountable. I guess. You have to pop off the bottom of the back and unscrew the base stand to expose the wall mount plate. But the mounting bracket is at the bottom of the monitor and not in the center so you better have something that doesnt swivel. I sort of had to prop one side against the wall and the second monitor against the first one. God forbid i ever sneeze. Most stands are designed to swivel a bit and its fine if they are attached more to the monitors center of gravity. One false move on these and it will swing around and get destroyed. Trying hard to not have to rma. Make sure your stand doesnt swivel and if you have a docking station it supports 60hz.

I have used these in a 3 monitor setup, with a larger (32) monitor in the middle These are super clear, no resolution issues or blury-ness. These are large enough to easily work with on their own (no large center monitor). I stare at these for 8 hours a day (sometimes more) and there is no eye strain that I have had from smaller or lower quality monitors

Absolutely beautiful image quality! True 75hz refresh rate too. Its the bottom left screen in the picture. The black is deep and colors are rich. No light bleed no flickering or trailing at all. Been the best monitor Ive had so far and by buddy has gone through a lot of different ones till he landed on this one. I liked it so much had to get one. Will get a 2nd to replace my 24 pictured on the right. Has made a night and day play difference on borderlands 3 at 70hz super smooth with amd freesync turned on and my rx580 powercoler red devil runs soooooo much better and cooler even at another 10 frames per second and no tearing or juttering at all.. this monitor was the best upgrade I did to the gaming pc set up. You wont regret getting one of these bad boys

This is one of the more affordable monitors with blue light protection, and it’s good for what it is. The screen is large with clear resolution, and you can easily split screen to use the space efficiently. Note that you will want to get a keyboard and mouse (which has to plug into your laptop, because I don’t think there are enough ports on the monitor). Another big thing is that there is no adjustable base; you can’t move the screen up or down, although you can tilt it a bit. The final thing is that the screen is so large and the base so small, that the screen will usually shake whenever your desk moves a little, like when you’re typing.

I got the two screens on time and in great shape. They are working as expected and I really like the blue light filtering feature which the main reason I bought them.
