Nice Laptop. But it does not have 16 gb of RAM. Just 12 gb. That is a lie and it is not right. The others specifications are corrects.

After buying I find out the heat sink setup is a bit flawed so it does kick up those fans pretty high when it needs, then eventually needs to turn off to cool down.

Using as portable business machine. Very good value for money. Fast and quiet! In use for about half a year - very satisfied. Light weight and very portable.

This laptop came with the screen completely broken!! I didn’t even get a chance to use it, it was mailed to me like this. I payed $500 for this!! Save your money. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!

I ordered one and was having issues with the Bluetooth disconnecting like every 10 minutes. I have to go and turn the Bluetooth off and back on every 10 minutes. I have updated all of the settings, I have updated the Bluetooth and it still doesn’t freaking work. So I returned it and ordered another one thinking it was just a defect to that specific laptop..NOPE THIS ONE DIDNT WORK EITHER. Don’t waste your time.

I was under the impression that this could handle heavy work. It can handle medium to light. So for college this is fine for me. But for many others who have more advanced work. Find something else

Purchased laptop in September 2020 and by January 2021 the wifi adapter went bad and by February starting having startup issues. I only use this laptop a couple if times a week. Very disappointing! I have had a Toshiba laptop for 11 years with not one issue.
