If you are buying a computer for an family or friend who may not be savvy with tech, be prepared to spend at least 45 minutes trying to help them disable Windows S mode.

This is a replacement for my 9 year old ASUS laptop that is still working but with lots of wear and tear. I hope this new one lasts as long.

Bought this to replace an ancient Lenovo laptop. This is not a daily use machine, but one I carry down to our winter home, and use under the stars when out with a telescope. As such, most of what I’ve done with it has been loading the necessary software for both uses. Have been satisfied with the system so far.

The image is terrible,definitely not a good sound card,the windows application don’t work as well,,over all this is the worst laptop I ever got and hoping to send it back and get a full refund ,,,I make music and this laptop doesn’t do well for that,,it’s more for basic use only

Using as portable business machine. Very good value for money. Fast and quiet! In use for about half a year - very satisfied. Light weight and very portable.

This laptop came with the screen completely broken!! I didn’t even get a chance to use it, it was mailed to me like this. I payed $500 for this!! Save your money. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!
