> 3 dayDo not be fooled. This device does NOT possess the AniME animated background despite being advertised in the videos attached to this ad. The device does not support it and despite it looking like its installed on the back (the little dots that look like LED light spaces) the machine does not possess this feature. Besides that, the computer is sleek and strong and does what it needs to. One Star rating due entirely to the false advertising attached to this product.

> 3 dayI never write reviews, so when I received an offer from ASUS stating that if I reviewed their product I could get an extra 90 days on my warranty I was initially not going to do so.

> 3 dayThis device is the best laptop Ive ever owned. The performance, battery life, screen, are all incredible, especially the speakers - this sounds better than my soundbar, with the only thing I have to say about it being that the bass isnt going to blow you away. The screen is amazing, but not perfect - theres significant ghosting along even the most basic cursor trails and its very noticeable. Still better than 60Hz though.

> 3 daythe battery of this laptop only lasts one hour and ten minutes, please tell me if it is a manufacturing defect, otherwise where can I get a long lasting battery, In addition to this, the Armory Crate program that is installed by default does not have the anime matrix option and I have already checked the devices menu and it does not bring this option anime matrix, How can I solve this to personalize my laptop?, Even when I have many programs running and any operating system, the battery does not have to last only an hour, this pc only has two months of use, now you have to imagine it when it is one year old... ¿will the battery only last a few minutes?

Greater than one weekAfter a month and a half of use as flight simulator pc, a half dozen keys (plus the space bar) went dead. Multiple attempts to fix by restarts did not fix the problem. Finally unplugging, letting sit for a bit and restart did fix it, but I returned it-seemed risky to hold onto. Not happy about being charged an $80 restocking fee

> 3 dayThis device surpassed my spectations. After some tweaking in order to lower fan noise since my usage pertains mostly for coding and work as a Software Engineer this device is amazing. Its portable and way fater than I expected it to be. Absolutely love it.

> 3 dayIt’s a decent laptop. But it blue screens constantly. Black screens as well. All require a hard reboot. It’s starting to get on my nerves. I have a 2018 MacBook that I’ve been running in a production environment (VMware, Ai/Ps/InD/Figma/Sketch/VScode/iTerm/Docker/VirtualBox w/ Kali, Pentoo, and Ubuntu) - I’ve had maybe 10-12 crashes since buying it. This ROG Zephyrus G14… crashed at least 12 times in the past 5-7 days. Sometimes I’m not even doing anything, like it’s literally at the screen saver or just playing music, and I get either a blue screen or black screen (where it’s on and running but the screen is completely black). I liked it up until this BS started. I recovered from the recovery partition and it’s now completely unreliable. Blue screened during an RDP session, during an SSH apt update && upgrade of multiple Linux machines, and randomly explorer stops working and no matter what I do double clicking apps won’t launch them. Yay another reboot…

> 3 dayThe laptop is fine if it works. Bought two of them. One of them is fine, and the other screen stopped working after 10 months. Dont see an option to receive support within the first year through Amazon Prime which is surprising.

> 3 dayIve been on the hunt for a good laptop and it was really hard to decided until I saw this monster. The power of this laptop, coupled with the fact that its so small and portable makes it the ultimate laptop in my opinion. The purpose of getting a laptop is portability, and typically gaming laptops are gigantic and bulky making it awkward to transport.
