Arctic Silver 5 AS5-3.5G Thermal Paste

Great product, only need to use a fraction of the tube. Lowered my temps about 5 deg Celsius - this is because most CPU manufacturers use cheap thermal compound. I suppose if you bought a baller gaming CPU/heat sink its possible you wont see as much of a difference.

Mixed with my cooler works great so far.

Best stuff out there for installing CPU coolers. Application couldnt be easier, spreads out smoothly and evenly (I usually use a business card to spread the paste out over the CPU), and it works flawlessly. This paste plus a good quality CPU cooler = no worries and no noise (win!). Wouldnt get or recommend anything else.

I have never bought any other thermal compound so cannot compare to others, but Arctic Silver 5 clearly worked great. Easy to apply and reduced the temperature of my CPU 25 degrees C, I bought new thermal compound because the old thermal compound was apparently not working anymore. Go figure.

It is hard to give the fair evaluation of this product because I ordered it on July 2 and did not receive it until August 5, by that time I used a different product. This is by far the longest time for me to receive any shipment from Amazon.com and Im sure its the fault of our United States Post Office which is showing signs of distress.

Since I was on IT school we use this product, be aware the material does not conduct the electronic components, you nee to be careful the during installing, make sure apply this on the right surface to exaust the heat.

Excellent quality and exceptional delivery response. Will buy again as needed.
