Greater than one weekI was getting lots of blue screens of death while playing various games, and the BIOS listed my CPU temperature at 75 degrees. After applying this stuff, my 6+ year CPU was running at around 40 and is still kicking.

> 3 dayReceived on time and slightly working as expected. There is nothing wrong with the product. After researching the net for possible solutions for the dreaded Red Dot of Death for my Xbox 360 slim, this was less of a hassle for a solution than doing a reflow on my GPU...which would most likely cause more headaches if done improperly. My xbox was purchased back in 2010 and after replacing a laser for $7 and a whisper fan for $23, and now thermal paste for $6 bucks, Im hoping this is the last time Ill ever replace anything on this xbox, at least not for another year or so...fingers crossed. Placed a small amount, the popular method is the pea size, some would say rice size, Im thinking when theyre referring to laptops and computers when suggesting applying the rice size amount. So, I go ahead and place a pea size amount on the center of the gpu then place the heatsink directly on top. Well, my xbox sprung to life...before the thermal paste application, black screen. But this only lasted for 10 minutes then the Red Dot would come back to haunt me. The next day, it lasted for an hour before the Red Dot came back. So Im hoping it would improve over time, as Ive said before, fingers crossed. I read somewhere saying arctic silver 5 needed about 200 hours of breaking in to reach its maximum potential, I hoping this is the case, but so far, Im not complaining. Good product, just a bad xbox...lol.

> 3 dayIts thermal grease, not much can go wrong as long as it isnt dried up (which this wasnt). Applied easily, and there is probably enough for 2-3 CPUs

> 3 dayThis is the best stuff out there that you can get. Get it because it will save you a few degrees in temperatures for your CPU.
