> 3 dayAfter doing some research I believe that this thermal paste is the cause of my higher than expected temperatures. I am using a Corsair H100i platinum se 240mm AIO and even at stock clocks I saw a higher temp than I expected to see. I was able to overclock to only 5.1Ghz stable. Anything over that crashes. Unless I got unlucky and got a CPU that is just not THAT capable.

Greater than one weekI removed the remaining paste by softly scraping what I could using a plastic edge, with isopropyl alcohol (70%) I gently brushed the area clean then applied this paste. When I turned on my PC a cool breeze blew across the room. I found it snowing outside in the middle of July. What can I say - it really works.

> 3 dayUsed this thermal paste to replace the factory paste inside my laptop (Asus TUF FX504) on the GPU and CPU heads - combined with dusting out the laptop, I ended up getting temperature drops of over 15c. I used this paste again a couple months later for the head of the CPU inside my nieces gaming PC for her CPU, though I did not apply it to the GPU (maybe I should have done that, but I wasnt willing to risk damaging the graphics card given the currently horrible global GPU shortage - thanks cryptominers >_>).
