Apple MacBook Pro (13-Inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage) - Space Gray (Previous Model)

La computadora venía con problemas en el software, que hacía que después de cierto tiempo en uso,se apagara. Hicimos consultas al servicio de soporte de amazon y las indicaciones que nos hicieron implementar no solucionaron el problema. Consultamos la página de Apple y encontramos comentarios de varios clientes que compraron el mismo modelo con el mismo problema. En el blog indicaron un link al que se debía ingresar para actualizar el software, después de dicha actualización el problema no se ha vuelto a presentar.

Best computer ever

They delayed my shipping date by 5 days and when I got it, it Did not turn on. Called Apple support. Said something is wrong with the product and should be returned.

I love my new MacBook. I have wanted one for years and my Amazon credit card with 0% interest with 18 payments made it possible.

Mostly everything about this MacBook is great, its lightweight and battery life is good. My only complain is that it only has TWO usb-c ports and no dongle are included. I understand usb-c is the future but right now and for the next few years most products use usb, plus the dongles are so easy to lose and misplace.

I used to own this exact laptop bought from an apple store and this computer is exactly the same in quality. Honestly wouldn’t know the difference from one bought from this seller vs. the apple store! It’s worth the money if you have I!

Unfortunately I had to send the computer back as it would not stay charged longer than one hour and Apple support was unable to support!
