Per advertisement and description, item was supposed to be almost new. Item was not and was just the opposite of how it was described.

Screen freezes, scratches on surface, off brand charger and product came thrown in a box with little protection. Surprised Amazon would allow this product to be sold under their brand.

Item came in a brown box, wrapped well enough to prevent damage. Nothing fancy in the box but the IPad i received was 10/10. Been using it everyday since i got it 3 months ago. Would recommend to anyone wanting an IPad Mini 4 for a steal

The glass screen popped open and the ipad was bulging. Im waiting on a reply for a refund.
