Apple iPad Mini 4, 128GB, Space Gray - WiFi (Renewed)

USA Macs, LLC claims that the battery was checked and that this was renewed. This iPad lasted 9 months before failing due to an end of life battery. Also, inscription from previous owner was covered up with a marker and rubbed off quickly revealing the previous owners name and phone number. Beware of renewed products from USA Macs, LLC.

I am happy with this purchase it was for my 5 year old and it has worked just fine. We have had no issues and he loves having his own device.

Defective product returned. No refund provided. Apple technicians felt this product was unfit for service.

Received as shown in pictures with damage. Description said excellent condition, this is not that.

Apps close unexpectedly or refuse to open at all. Some apps open but with no data. Touch screen is the worst I’ve ever used.

Item was shipped to us loosely in a box. It was a Christmas gift and it didnt connect to wifi. Extremely disappointed. No option to exchange this for a working device. So I am returning and though approved to return, I had to pay the return shipping costs. Ridiculous. Very unhappy and will not re buy here.

This was a replacement purchase for a Mini 4 I purchase new. Very, Very happy with this purchase. The price was very good and the upgrade in storage is great. It is in almost perfect condition. Met every criteria listed in the Renewed details. No difference other than packaging vs my passed new purchased mini 4. Thumbs up to the supplier.
