they sound muffled, they feel completely different, it says to connect to bluetooth for some reason ?

Sound went out in one day

These feel so cheap and when connecting them to my phone they register as “beats” and when connected it read as “baets” and the person on the phone couldn’t hear me and said I was muffled and hard to hear with both pairs of these. Cheap product!

It’s ass like it’s genuinely truly ass. Horrible on phone calls stuffy. When I CONNECT IT TO MY PHONE IT COMES UP AS A BLUETOOTH DEVICE?? Why am I hearing “your Bluetooth device has been connected” on WIRED & supposedly Apple certified headphones. I have an iPhone 14 pro max that’s under a month old so I know it’s not my phone that’s the problem. Don’t bother buying, but the actual Apple ones. It’s only a few bucks extra, don’t be like me

Horrible mic. Volume is not very adjustable.

When I ordered my earbuds they said it would be delivered the next day and then k get an email from Amazon saying my package wouldn’t be delivered until January 9th. Also, when January 9th came.. my Amazon all said it was delivered in the miring but I didn’t see my package until later that day. So, the timing was off by a little bit.

Not great to control the volume. Way too loud!! I will not buy again.

The plastic around the ear pieces wasn’t even and it feels scratchy in your ear. The lighting connector came apart when removing it from the phone. When connecting to your phone its comes up as bluetooth pairing to”baets” earbuds. Literal junk.

I returned them and picked up some actual Apple ear buds.
