They are wire headphones that plug into your phone, but are actually Bluetooth. It takes about 10-20 min. for your phone to recognize them and the sound quality is horrible. They feel very cheap and I’m sure they’d break quickly. I am definitely returning…I thought these were actually Apple earbuds.

I should know better than to buy an off brand product for Apple

Bad quality ear buds. Broke within few days and had poor sound quality. NOT APPLE BRAND. Misleadingly high rating in this product due to several reviews for an unrelated product. Failure on Amazon’s part for allowing this.

Both of the pairs did not work when tried on multiple devices. The earbuds had a rattling sound as if there were loose parts on the inside. Very poor.

These were not good. They did not hold up well and did not connect correctly. Definitely seen refurbished.

they sound terrible and are cheap quality

Although they may look like apple headphones do not be fooled. They actually connect like Bluetooth headphones which isn’t so bad until you consider all the other defaults. First, you can’t have a conversation with them in as the other person will not be able to hear. Second, the audio is dampened and almost sounds a little staticy. Last but not least, they stopped working on me about 3 weeks in. Good price, bad product, so save yourself the hassle and get real apple headphones or other options!

Not like old apple products. After a month of usage the input of area fell apart. Happened on both sets.

Were delivered April 21st, both pairs have fallen apart by April 26.
