Not happy with this item at all. Arrived with the base broken off. It has clumps of glue and residue on it which may be harmful if chewed by my hamster. I do not recommend this item.

Adorable and our Syrian Hamster loves it!

I have a strain long haired hamster who is two years old and extremely active. She loves burring herself and making tunnels and sleeping huts. This coconut hut gives her something to play with and also a hideaway sleeping area. The coconut is real, and gives the cage a typical aesthetic. Polly Pocket and I absolutely love it, and for the price it is unbeatable.

My teddy bear loves his coconut and sleeps in it all of the time.

This little house is a great idea for small pets--eco-friendly, and something that they like as a secure, dark place to nest. Its study and well designed.

Unless you have a small mouse…. Way to small !

This house is absolutely adorable. As soon as I put it in her cage, my gerbil went right inside and went to sleep. A bit too small for hamsters.
