Ours came in great condition and we gave it as a gift to someone who just got a dwarf hamster. They buried the bottom in the filler so it was easy for him to get in and out of the house.

Exactly what we needed and our Syrian hamster loves it!

Base is cheaply hot glued on. Had to remelt and reattach it. Hampster waste does not clean easily from this product. He does like sleeping in it tho.

My girl absolutely loves this hide. She’s a Syrian. She’s not chunky or anything, but she is a bigger girl. No worries about the hole being too small.

My two clowns are using it to stash food. Raffles perches on top of it to get a better view of what is going on outside their sprawling habitat. It is bigger than anticipated and it was a bit of a tight fit getting it into their space. I like the fact that it is natural material and poses no potential health hazard for them.

Our little squishy loves her new gal pad! It’s sturdy and she likes to climb on top of it.

My hamster is in love with it I put her sand in it and she loves it I always find her asleep in there or grooming it is such a cute hide for her and it is very sturdy.
