I have not had the processor for very long, but its been great so far. My old processor the Ryzen 1700 was a good, but the 3900x essentially doubles the processing power it had. As far as single threaded apps you may not notice a huge difference. Its not until you use it on a CPU hungry program that you really notice a huge difference.

Bought The 3900x on the pay over five months plan with an Asus x570 board-very handy. Included wraith prism is not bad at all. Will likely replace it further down the line but great that it was included free of charge. Video encoding on handbrake is night and day difference from the Haswell era i5 it replaces, as you’d imagine. Gaming is a doddle. Can run any game on my 2080 super @4k, like before.....but now the cpu usage is ridiculous. It’s got so much in reserve it’s just silly. Could realistically encode video whilst gaming. Temperatures hovering around 40c at idle and around 75c on included cooler. Geekbench 4 circa 5500 single thread and 42000 multi on included cooler. Is it worth the cost? Difficult to answer really. What do you need it for? If purely for gaming then I’d have to say no: the MUCH cheaper 3600x will do just as well or thereabouts. Heavy lifting, like video encoding, however, no doubt about it. I don’t regret the purchase for one second!

Ich habe nach 4 Jahren das erste mal wieder einen Rechner selber montiert und wurde trotz lesen von einschlägigen Foren und Internetseiten enttäuscht. Die von Herstellern auf den Markt gebrachten Komponenten und ihrer Kompatibilität lies mich nach 3,5 Wochen , begleitet von Tests und Fehlersuche =wo liegts dran= nur noch entscheiden. ICH KAUFE NUR NOCH KOMPLETT ;(

I bought this product as an upgrade for my gaming PC so I can multitask better and with this CPU I was able to do just that after over clocking, stock was a bit laggy and choppy but with the Ryzen app makes it easy to safely over clock and everything is running great.

Generalmente trabajo con edición multimedia o diseño y también un poco de 3D. Tras los 4 meses que utilizo este procesador puedo decir que el AMD Ryzen 9 3900X es una auténtica bestia en rendimiento, su multinúcleo es lo mas destacado por que tengo muchas aplicaciones que son pesadas al mismo tiempo y funcionan rápidamente, algo de esperar con esos 24 hilos. También me gusta jugar muchos video juegos y ese cyberpunk 2077 que es tan exigente me funciona super bien con este procesador.
