> 3 dayIf I could give this product more than 5 stars I definitely would. The amount I paid for this processor ($439.00 USD) was beyond reasonable for the performance of this product and the fact that Intel JUST dropped their 10th gen series CPU and this specific processor is better by the numbers under professional work loads just shows the direction that AMD is going in the right direction. I cant speak specifically on AMD’s GPU’s quite yet but in terms of CPU, AMD has DEFINITELY earned themselves a new loyal customer.

> 3 dayYou dont need a 12 core CPU for gaming. Its overkill. I got it because developer work is very CPU heavy, and this was marginally more expensive than the 5800X at the time. Its from 1 generation ago, so somewhat worse architecture, but it does have significantly higher benchmark scores, and the 4 extra cores (compared to the 8-core 5800X) is a bonus. Its pretty good at rendering. Actually better at rendering than my GPU (as tested by Blender Benchmark), since I went for such a CPU-heavy build. Havent tried simulations or video editing on it yet, but I expect it to handle those workloads well.

> 3 dayBesides general use, it is okay to play games and play games at the same time. Its also good for editing videos. I use NZXT Kraken X72 and VGA uses Radon VII 24-26 degrees, but I use 3900X as 4.2overclock, and when I use adobe fremier, 3900x goes up to 80 degrees.

> 3 dayI originally had an x370 with a 1700 and it was great for the past 2 years. I upgraded to a 3900x with msi x570 meg ace. After booting up with my existing linux nvme, it has been rock solid stable and very performant. I did need to update systemd to get the system to boot normally. Although this was quite simple by using an older arch linux iso.

> 3 dayAmazing processing power for the money. Upgraded from an Intel i75820K to AMD Ryzen 3900x and the difference is huge. Roughly 3 times faster in all benchmarks. The AMD CPU has also a way smaller footprint and power requirements. I am beyond impressed. How tides have turned in 5 years! Hardly wait for the Ryzen 4900s in laptops to ditch Intel completely. As usual, Intel is hanging on with their money power literally paying Dell and HP to keep their CPUs in the best looking laptops. But is coming. They cant fight TSMC. Judgement day is inevitable.

> 3 dayBest overall CPU for multitasking and gaming! Beats 9900k in everything and only a small 5% difference in gaming for 1080p. 1440P makes the difference even less significant! Thanks AMD!

> 3 dayVeramente una bestia, vola su tutto, dai video in 8K al gaming.
