AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

I was upgrading from a Ryder 5 2600, I needed something that could handle the graphics card I was running, what an amazing piece of kit! Handles all of my gaming needs and streaming etc! Worth every penny!

The amazon box itself was sealed very well but the amd box was opened, i looked inside a nice shiny new fan.. cool... pull it out... no AMD ryzen 7 cpu which is basically 90% of the cost of this product.. ordered this for prime day.. so before it left the warehouse in Mississauga, the box was opened! (SAD PANDA) my pc build I wanted to do for the weekend :( :(

Can’t really give many stars seen as when it turned up there was no cpu in the box

So fast, so so so fast. Cant beat it for the money.

Works great no issues at all. I stream and play warzone and only reaches like 37% temp is good. and the cooler is so awesome with all the colors.

Only slightly OCd but running stable. Love zen2

La verdad es que he dado un salto MUY GRANDE con este Ryzen, vengo de un I5 de hace 6 años y aunque para nada es un mal procesador, se nota mucho la diferencia. AMD han sacado unos procesadores muy competentes e ideales para cualquier tipo de trabajo o videojuego. Sin duda una gran compra. Además que ni sabía que te regalan el nuevo Assassins Creed Valhalla con su compra, una locura.

I replaced my i7-4960 which was overclocked to 4.6ghz and went with AMD and the 3800x. Got it setup on a new 570 motherboard and quickly jumped to an all core overclock of 4.4ghz and i can quickly see the increased speed just in Windows boot to Start-up process. 8 cores is enough for me an any virtualization i need to perform. But, for only $100 more you can go to 4 more cores. Tempting, but honestly 8 cores/16 threads is enough for my needs. The 3800X means no need to go for the last drop of overclock.

Dopo 24 anni di utilizzo delle CPU Intel, mi sono deciso a provare un AMD anche complice la diminuzione dei prezzi in vista del lancio dei nuovi Ryzen.

The product itself is great the company that shipped the product is not so much if you live on a millitary installation your product will be returned every time
