> 3 dayBought this to replace a Ryzen 3, it was defective out of the box, local computer shop and phone call with Microsoft confirmed this. Working with Amazon to come to a resolution still. I think it was an isolated incident as the replacement Ryzen 5 I just purchased is working great. AMD offers zero support for their products except an email support that never gets returned.

> 3 day4.1Ghz undervolted. I cannot complain. Love this Ryzen. Beats 8700k if 8700k isn’t overclocked at the above speeds.

> 3 dayFor this cpu it was an upgrade from my older 1700 so it was incremental performance increase. I used an all in one cooler (240mm radiator) and found that the temperature is sitting nicely between 25 and 35 degrees. For monitoring the temperature of the CPU I would recommend Ryzen master which is for monitoring the temps and for overclocking, this came packaged up and was supplied with a stock fan. Im very pleased with the product.
