> 3 dayRealy impressed with the speed, stability, and compatiblity. I installed this on an ASUS Prime X470-Pro motherboard, along with Ram from the QVL (Qualified Vendors List) and the system came right up and has worked perfectly. Speed wise, I have a compile job that take about 5.5 minutes on an Intel Core i7 quad core and that same job runs in about 30 seconds on this Ryzen 2700.

> 3 dayI picked this up on Prime day and missed that it was not the X version. Turned out to not be any problem at all. I was still able to clock it well and its done its job with zero issues. Highly recommend for anyone that is a tad short on budget instead of a 2700X

> 3 dayI have never build a AMD system before - my new build using the AMD Ryzen 7 2700 has proved that AMD have come back into the gaming world with a force to be reckoned with and a have made a superior CPU with class.

> 3 dayThe CPU is so good that I was playing Elysium when I forgot to close down Destiny 2 without suffering too much of a frame hit. But for gaming, you wont really notice a big difference from the 2600. (Upgraded from the 1600)

> 3 dayRecently got this little guy for a minor upgrade. I was running an A-10 7870K and it is beautiful. Despite what youll read around, this CPU is absolutely fantastic. Ive ran several benchmarks on multiple games as well as some extra stress testing, this guy can handle it. Dont get me wrong, shelling out the extra cash for a 3rd Gen Ryzen; go for it if you have the cash, but for sure dont sleep on the 2700 as a good budget solution.
