Built a pc for someone using only this for cpu/gpu. Runs minecraft amongst other games no problems 1080p @ low settings. The stock cooler is quiet and also effective at keeping this chip cool. 6 cores, 12 threads no gpu needed best way to start a journey into pc gaming in my opinion given the current gpu shortages.

Removed ryzen 7 5700g from new hp pavillion desktop for new build and replaced with this ryzen 5 5600g. It works just as well for me and seems a bit quicker.

Great APU for light gaming or just as a stop gap to save for a gpu.
