Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

This case is really nice. I bought it for my Passport Essentials and it fits really well. It has a very little empty space, but with the strap, the Passport is always secured. Besides its a hard one case, so it protects the hard drive really well

Im always paranoid about breaking/damaging my portable hard drive, but this has been a lifesaver. Ive dropped it, and Ive spilled liquids on it, but it has done a pretty good job about protecting my hard drive so far.

Fits like a glove and provides good protection for the hard drive. Amazon has provided an excellent companion item for the My Passport hard drive.

This case fit my Western Digital My Passport Essential external hard drive perfectly and provides a good amount of protection for the drive. I travel with my drive and computer regularly and they both get tossed into a backpack for convenience frequently. Dont expect it to protect your drive from heavy objects though.

The case is technically for the Essential drives, but it fits like a glove around my 1TB Ultra model. If you have one of the older, original passport models, go for the bigger version of this case.
