Aftershokz Aeropex Mini (Rebranded as Shokz OpenRun Mini) Bone Conduction Wireless Bluetooth Headphones

My story might be unique but hope it helps others with moderate to severe hearing issues.

I bought AfterShokz Aeropex about two years ago while working as an industrial engineer, right after my employer required earplugs on our production floor. I wanted to still be able to listen to music while on the floor, and these headphones were perfect for this use. I would start my day with them on in the office, put in earplugs, toggle on the earplug EQ, and continue listening to music while working in the noisy environment. I wasnt sure how well they would fit with safety glasses, but I had no issues with them staying on comfortably.

Biggest con: Proprietary cable. Stopped using Sony for that reason. I frickin despise Proprietary cables. Yeah waterproofing mumble mumble...... lose the cable throw them away and they dont sell more, just the 2. At least they give you 2.

Dont work well for mowing the lawn; lawn mower too load. I am excited to try them out snow skiing this winter!! Not sure about battery life yet. Sound is great.

I mostly like this product.

I use it in construction and the office

I purchased these to wear while I was skiing for comfort under my helmet. Ability to hear sounds around me and listen to music/ answer phone calls was important for me. These are just what I expected.

La cancelación de ruido ayuda mucho, solo con las gomas puestas, sin ellas, es nulo, el diseño se ajusta muy bien sin peligro de caídas, la calidad de sonido es excelente, la batería no mucho pero creo que es por parte mía, que me la paso cambiando o pasando, imagino que en un determinado tiempo corrido aumentaría su vida útil, el único detalle es la conexión Bluetooth, muy rara vez de mi reloj a ellos, se pierde la conexión y a escasos 5 pasos de mi celular también falla la conexión, en general es un buen producto, recomendado si para usted le es estorbos meter cosas en su oído 8.5

Really enjoy these. Very comfortable, I can wear these all day. I like that I can hear quality sound but still hear whats going on around me if needed. Highly recommended.
