Seriously, I hate doing it. And I run an online business and know how much reviews mean on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Enjoyed these until they suddenly stopped charging, and turning on. Tried the reset. Tried their returns page, which doesnt work well (tried to register, took my info and ... nothing... you need a phone number). Dont know why they quit working, but that was $160 down the drain. Cannot recommend. UPDATE: the company sent me a new pair, free of charge. Those have now worked well for almost a year, so changing review to 4 stars.

Sound quality is good, but not awesome. I read everyone complaining about the beep being painfully loud, this is not the case with mine. It is loud enough to hear but quieter than the music I am playing. Maybe they made a change to reduce the noise.

This headset is perfect for anyone who doesnt like ear pieces inside the ear. I love the comfortable fit and often forget Im even wearing them. The button to turn it off and on is easily accessible and using it on calls is crisp.

I loved it was gentle with it but it broke today- wish I had warranty. The new model has 2 yr warranty for a new one rebranded as Shokz today 2 hr longer battery life same charger. Wish I had gotten more than 3 yrs from it but it beats changing and loosing earbuds and wired earphones. I love not having to push anything inside my ear

I purchased the Trekz Air several years ago and have used them almost daily. I was recommending them to a blind friend who was developing shoulder issues from raising his phone to his ear to hear the prompts. I let him try my Trekz and he was ecstatic. I then found the newer models and the magnetic charging and waterproof feature of the AfterShockz were just the features I was looking for and upgraded.

Battery life isnt as advertised, my older one last longer and was an inferior model. Last maybe 5 hrs.

I love these headphones, but there is no way to turn the UI volume down. Specifically the beeping when pressing the multi-function button. It seems the no matter how high I have the volume set at the multi-function button is ALWAYS louder. Its deafening.
