> 3 dayI bought these for cycling. I had been wearing in-ear buds and realized thats not the safest thing. Now I can hear everything around me and still dig tunes or talk. The sound quality is okay, but thats not what I bought them for. They do exactly what I need them to do. Super light and comfortable and great battery life.

> 3 dayDecent sounding earphones that allow you to hear sounds around you, so they are not a safety hazard. But if you are in a loud environment even if turned to full volume the earphone sound is difficult to make out. Battery life is good, they last me at least one full day and sometimes two. They take a long time to recharge however. The band is a bit too big for my head, sticking out about an inch and a half, and bumps on car head rests and on jackets. The Aeropex sit tight on my head and dont fall off. All in all a very good purchase.

> 3 dayI was surprised by how good these headphones sounded for being bone conduction. They get plenty loud at least around the house or office. I didnt get them to work out, so I cant speak to that, I got them for the office. In ear headphones give me a headache so I was looking for an alternative. I didnt want bulky over ear style so these fit the bill for what I was looking for. This allows me to listen to music or podcasts at my desk and I can still hear people approach me or call my name in the office. I made a few test calls and every said I sounded fine, I can hear the people talking as well. I also tried audiobooks and they sound fine as well. Of course there isnt much bass to these, thats just the nature of bone conduction. If I want bass I would use something else. However, they remind me of cheap buds or even apple earpods/airpods (non-pro) in terms of sound quality, good enough to get the job done esp at work or I imagine a work out. Expensive, relatively, but they stay on my head and dont give me a headache, so worth it for me.

> 3 dayBought headphones. They were in their carrying bag inside my tote bag and one of the ear pieces broke off the head band piece. The silicone is intact but the inside structural piece is broken. None of that is important, but suffice it to say this is not heavy wear. My bag was picked up and put down, but nobody walked on it, threw it, used it to fend off a mugger, etc. Just your standard day. There is no contact number for Aftershokz. There is no real online customer service. And their Better Business Bureau grade is a D. There is a chain of work you have to do in order to submit a warranty claim on their website, but the second step is to register the product. There is no product registration page except for one for products bought before December, 2019. This entire process is designed to make the user give up because they assume its their own fault they cant correctly follow steps. I know, I studied these processes. Its part of nudge theory. Im willing to write off a $200+ loss, but I hope others can learn from my painful experience.

> 3 dayi like these for their comfort, i have hearing aids and instead of a heavy over the ear headphone i tried these, they fit great with glasses and hearing aids, sound is good for phone calls, have not tried them yet for music. Also allows me to hear ambient noise so i am aware of what is going on around me

> 3 dayI received my Aeropex headphones 2 days ago. I have never used Bone Conduction Headphones. I have used the in-the-ear headphones, but they were bothering my ears. Also, they did block out some outside sound. I like the over-the -ear headphones but they block out most all sounds. The main reason I wanted to try these headphones was that I join a Zoom music jam session once a week. I thought these may be useful during my jam session. Last night I joined the Zoom jam session on my Apple Macbook pro 2018. These worked out great. I could hear the members of the session fine through the headphones. When it was my turn to play, I could hear my banjo simply fine. The fit is good, and they are comfortable. I especially like the fact that they do not stick inside my ears. The sound quality is fairly good. My listening is mainly podcasting and recorded books. I do not know how they work but I am glad I found these guys. I am a fan for sure.

13-11-2024These are great. I only really use them when I’m running or walking. Great sound but you can also hear what is going on around you. I have small ear canals so these sitting just outside on the side of my head and not jammed in my ears are perfect! Highly highly recommend!
