This laptop is exactly what I was looking for, small, great graphics and the quality is excellent

This was my first laptop and everything was easy to set up. Love the look of it and all of its features

This is a paper weight out of the box. Started by shutting down while working and now won’t do anything. The company wants refurbish w/mother board instead of replacing. This is after about 2 months of using, purchase date was Sept 24th.

This is a very good computer for the price. You get a a fast CPU, bigger SSD, backlit keyboard, good screen, reliable computer (so far) but dont expect it to be better overall than a new Dell XPS or new Macbook Air/Pro. But you have to pay hundreds more for those laptops.

Screen pixelated and went bad after a couple of months. No replacement.

Just bought this June 2022, 4 months later:

Works well, however it was dead on arrival.
