Greater than one weekMy first time receiving the blue screen issue was 5 months after purchase, that time I found some help online to get it fixed. Seems all was for not as bot even a month later I turn on the computer to find yet another blue screen. This time I have yet to be able to figure out how to fix it. This computer is a lemon.

> 3 dayThis is a very fast, well-made computer for the price and features provided. I purchased it to run Mint Linux on a second, external Samsung 980 1TB SSD M.2 NvME Interface.

11-11-2024For my needs it works out just fine. An option to install Windows 11 is available but somewhat confusing to disable the upgrade if you dont want it as I prefer to stay with version 10. Impressively thin and light and fast enough for all but serious gamers who can expect to pay much more. A great laptop for the price.

> 3 dayAfter the initial startup and set up it did nothing but restart or blue screen and shut down. Ive never had an experience like it. I had it for only a few hours and its already boxed up to be returned. Overall I will say everything else else was nice. Seemed fast and the quality was pretty good. I would of loved to actually use it.

> 3 daySuperb laptop for the price!! For the people that have Bluetooth issues after updating the driver Ive found that this works. Try turning the computer off via the off button and holding that button down for full minute. This resets the power manager of the device and therefore resets the driver. I followed these instructions which I found after some research with this particular chipset and have had no problem since.
