We are happy so far with his computer. Its very light, the screen is like a crystal and it is lightning fast thanks to the SSD

It is so light that I often have to check my bag to make sure it is there! So far, it has done everything I’ve asked of it.

DRIVER FOR NETWORK DRIVER STOPPED WORKING AFTE ONLY 8 MONTHS

Bought this two weeks ago, worked well - then the Wireless-AC 9560 shut down - suddenly no internet connection, and says card is not operable when I run Windows diagnostics. Had to now use a USB wireless insert - can the manufacture give me some idea of what is going on?

I dont often write reviews, but I was so happy with this laptop that I decided to break my streak of being a non-contributing consumer.

1. AMAZON Delivery Problem: Seal broken on box exterior & seal broken inside box to access computer. 2. PROS: Lightweight, SUPER FAST boot up/shut down, great pic quality 3.CON: keyboard missing home end keys 4. CON: arrow keys tiny solution - i attached $15 full size keyboard . 5. CON: does not come with Word, Excel, etc. but find a friend working for school/univ or a government to buy set for $20 for you?

Fast. Powerful. Sleek. The keys feel good. The backlit keyboard is awesome. Screen looks great. This bezel is easy on the wrists.

While attempting to update and activate Norton Anti Virus, it said it couldnt update as the OS needed updating first. Went to update OS, and a message said it couldnt update, because it needed to update, in order to update.

Yes they have speakers but they are very poor quality. It needs to be at 100% and still difficult to hear.

This laptop works great and is a very manageable weight for travel. It was a very good decision to buy this one.
