Greater than one weekBeen using it for a month now and its a workhorse and light as a feather. Excellent price to performance! It gets used for basic web surfing and word processing and we notice no heat or noise. We are very happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayBought this two weeks ago, worked well - then the Wireless-AC 9560 shut down - suddenly no internet connection, and says card is not operable when I run Windows diagnostics. Had to now use a USB wireless insert - can the manufacture give me some idea of what is going on?

> 3 dayThis is a great laptop at a great price. Its well built, its fast enough for normal use and its significantly less expensive than other ultrabooks. The keyboard is really nice to type on, the screen is bright and crisp. It even supports USB-C charging so i have one less brick to carry around. If you are looking for a very portable laptop and a good price, I definitely recommend the Ace Swift 3.

> 3 dayWhile attempting to update and activate Norton Anti Virus, it said it couldnt update as the OS needed updating first. Went to update OS, and a message said it couldnt update, because it needed to update, in order to update.

> 3 dayWhat good is a laptop if you can’t connect it to a wifi network? This Acer Swift laptop has been glitching occasionally since it arrived, but yesterday (less than 6 mos. after it arrived) the network device just died. Of course Amazon didn’t take responsibility after 90 days, but their rep was super helpful connecting me with Acer tech support somewhere in southeast Asia. The laptop comes with a 1 year repair warranty. The catch is, you have to pack it up, ship it at your own expense, and wait from “15 to 20” days for a diagnosis. Oh yeah, and don’t expect to have any of your files intact upon its return. It’s a colossal hassle!
