Whats the point of putting a 3060 on a laptop if your software doesnt work properly.

I was hoping to better the workflow within Cinema 4d and DaVinci Resolve with this laptop, and it exceeded all expectations! Although its at its best when plugged in, Im more than satisfied with the results. In addition, what I really appreciate, is the screen with its refresh rate and color coverage, as well as the keyboard that looks and feels fantastic. Looking forward to challenging that beast with other real-world tasks, so might update the review.

I use this primarily to edit photos/videos. The speed and responsiveness of this laptop is amazing! Highly recommend this super machine!!

I needed a laptop that could run the Valve Index, for a super cool art project that I got a grant for. After many, many hours of researching laptops and one whole purchase-and-return of an Alienware machine, I got this one. It runs its video right off the graphics card through the mini DispalayPort and it handles the hard specs of the Index amazingly well. And it does it for cheap. GET IT GET IT GET IT!

It always went to dark screen if only walking away for a minute, would have to reboot, today I get error screen and cant use. I still have 7 months of payments for a broken machine.

I bought it for $1200 and it out performs anything under $2000 (assuming it’s plugged in, duh). RTX 3060, 2 NVMe slots (I added a Samsung 2TB 970 evo plus where I keep my games), extra 2” B SSD slot, great cooling, overclocking function, thunderbolt 4 port of I ever want to upgrade my graphics card and use an eGPU, USB 3.2 ports, HDMI, mini display port, and a processor that will be the last thing to slow down your gaming. Honestly, I pity anyone who buys any other gaming laptop, even other predator models. I play Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5 on a high/ultra setting combo at about 100fps plus. That’s pretty sweet for a $1200 laptop. Only complaint, battery life is not meant for gaming though, and that’s the only down side. It’s a portable gaming PC with a ton of upgrade potential with the extra NVMe M.2 slot and thunderbolt 4 port, but it really has to be plugged in for any real gaming.
