> 3 dayI bought this for my wife to play some of her games on. She loves it! It is fast, and the graphics are amazing. Battery life is a little low IMO, but it is a gaming laptop, so battery life is not a big concern.

> 3 dayI bought it for $1200 and it out performs anything under $2000 (assuming it’s plugged in, duh). RTX 3060, 2 NVMe slots (I added a Samsung 2TB 970 evo plus where I keep my games), extra 2” B SSD slot, great cooling, overclocking function, thunderbolt 4 port of I ever want to upgrade my graphics card and use an eGPU, USB 3.2 ports, HDMI, mini display port, and a processor that will be the last thing to slow down your gaming. Honestly, I pity anyone who buys any other gaming laptop, even other predator models. I play Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5 on a high/ultra setting combo at about 100fps plus. That’s pretty sweet for a $1200 laptop. Only complaint, battery life is not meant for gaming though, and that’s the only down side. It’s a portable gaming PC with a ton of upgrade potential with the extra NVMe M.2 slot and thunderbolt 4 port, but it really has to be plugged in for any real gaming.

> 3 dayThis was a very exciting purchase and the fastest loading laptop Ive ever owned, until the Windows 11 upgrade. It would turn on and load almost without delay and the same with any game I ran on it from any of many online services and downloaded games. Once it upgraded itself to Windows 11, it crashed constantly trying to play any game, either online or downloaded games. After I tried a restore, I started getting the never ending reboot cycle and no matter what option I chose, when it would actually let me choose an option, it didnt help. My bad for not creating a restore on a USB drive as soon as I received it but its not a priority when youre setting your device up and have an NVMe drive , or so I thought. When I called the Predator Premium Service line that is supposedly 24/7 support, I got a voice mail box that was full. When I tried to call and order, and pay for, restore media, I got the same thing. I finally got through to a support agent who told me I would need to call their sales department to get the media, which I did and got the same message, you have reached a voice mail box that is full. Seemed like a great purchase until I unfortunately needed support which seems almost impossible to get from Acer, on a premium product that is supposed to have its own dedicated support group, which it does not.
