The laptop itself works well and all of the games I have can be run at max settings.. I mean it does this when the laptop realizes its plugged in.... In what world can a problem persist with a piece of equipment where it isnt able to charge when plugged in? Such a silly problem to have to deal with given how long laptops have been around. After two months of use the laptop has mysteriously decided to forget its plugged in and will no longer charge.. Brilliant. All of the easy internet recommendations havent worked either (uninstalled battery drivers, soft battery resets). Lets see if customer support ever gets back to me.

Ive had a lot of fun with this laptop since I bought it. I havent noticed any issues other than I believe the temperature reading is wrong on the Predator Sense app, theres no way this laptop gets to 150+ degrees Fahrenheit, unless im wrong haha. Also it is pretty difficult to open up the back of the laptop if you want to add an extra ssd or hdd. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase.

So far the laptop is ok for this price. I took it for work mostly. Working smooth as expected. The only 2 downside things for me are the `Sound`(not the best sound quality) and the `Keyboard`(a little bit hard to type). But Im ok since Im using headphones and an external keyboard.

I Love this laptop. I was looking at different laptops at this price range and I’m glad I decided to buy this. Its just perfect. It works smoothly, one can multi task easily. If you are into gaming, it does support your needs very well and can be over clocked to get more out of this laptop. This is a great job done by acer. I would recommend this laptop to anyone who wants a system that can run heavy games at good FPS and also can be used for daily work.

This laptop is one of the top for what your getting for it. 2060, i7 10th gen, 16 gigs of installed RAM. Build is great all around. Couldnt be more happy that with this purchase.

Can play Cyberpunk with minimal issues.

Good laptop

Excellent laptop for a great price. Its upgradeable, which is a plus. I use it more for music editing than gaming, but it does a great job at everything I throw at it.
