> 3 dayBought this to run Flight Simulator 2020 and it has a hardware issue probably for the Graphics card. Game will run and then crash. Paid local technician to troubleshoot and he was unable to fix with new drivers or OS reset. Shipping back to Acer to repair a brand new laptop. My choice to buy came down to this one or a comparable Dell. I chose poorly!

> 3 dayCurrently Rocking 3700x / 2080ti in my main rig, was worried this little guy wouldnt be able to satisfy my hunger for them sweet high frates we all crave. Honestly, this thing gets the job done. I only purchased a laptop so i could Spend more time with my women by sitting on the couch while she binge watches the office for the 12th time since last Christmas. This allowed her to be happy, while i enjoy being a spacecowboy on this beautiful 144hz IPS HD panel, talking to my compatriots about whats going on near planet nebula. Go for it, if youre looking for a laptop. This is it, overall, a wonderful purchase. P.S Installing extra storage was a piece of cake.

> 3 dayI have purchased the 2019 with the 9750h/GTX 1660 Ti and the 2020 model with the 10750h and RTX 2060. The 2019 model is much better. With a factory undervolt it runs nice and cool. The 10750h runs hot. 80s to 90s C hot for doing things that dont really stress the CPU that much. Intel issued microcode to block undervolting on the 10 series chips o mitigate a new exploit called Plundervolt, which prevents a very effective cooling strategy for these chips. Its pretty disappointing.

Greater than one weekGreat laptop, honestly incredible. I’ve had it for a while now and performance is very consistent. At first, temperatures were a bit on the higher side, but by changing my power plan from 100% to 99%, it rarely ever goes over 65C. Fantastic thermals with turbo and adjustments, 144hz display is muah, keyboard is a little uncomfy but honestly more than acceptable, i would recommend an external mechanical keyboard. Overall, best mid-range laptop all year.

> 3 dayMy first impressions of this laptop are great. The quality of the build is spectacular, the thermals are amazing, and the cooling system is surprisingly quiet even during gaming. My only complaint would be the pretty short battery life, but most of the time, if youre gaming, you should have it plugged in anyways. The RGB on the keyboard is also highly customizable, and the overall speed on this machine is incredible. I would highly recommend it for someone looking for a mid-range gaming laptop. Definitely the best value for the price.

> 3 dayEs mi primer gaming laptop y la verdad esta de lo mejor!!! Se tardo como un mes en llegar al lugar en donde vivo pero valió totalmente la pena esperar tanto. Me encanta el color que se miran en las teclas y la resolución de la pantalla. Se carga super rápido. Las gráficas RTX 2060 están de lo mejor. Totalmente recomendado el producto. Ninguna falla por el momento, espero siga así mucho tiempo.

> 3 dayI own several Acers and have found them all to be well-made, fast, handsome and reliable, with all the proper ports, which you probably know or you wouldnt be considering purchasing this machine. I am a great believer in hard drives, and dont trust cloud storage for a variety of perhaps silly reasons. Everything goes on our hard drives.
