Great Gaming Laptop, Awesome Graphics and Speed

la recomiendo totalmente. después de seis meses de uso, me he dado cuenta que funciona 100/100. estoy encantada con ella, es la mejor inversión que he hecho. me gusta que el teclado se puede personalizar (el color). todo corre sensacionalmente. no tengo ninguna falla con ella. tiene poca memoria de almacenamiento pero para hacer el upgrade es muy fácil, otro punto a su favor y pues que les puedo decir. corre el cyberpunk bien fluido jajajaj y sin bugs. así, nomás hay un detalle que no se si será solo en mi compu o algo. pero cuando estoy jugando sin cable lan o algo se desconecta el internet. no se si será por una configuración o algo pra ahorrar batería pero es molesto estar en medio de una partida o algo y pum bye internet, y no porque sea relacionado a algo del módem (si es la compu)

One month after purchase, all 3 standard USB 3.0 ports started having issues. Devices plugged into the ports will disconnect unless the cord was oriented properly and precisely (possibly a lose connection?). Ive tried disabling USB selective settings, checking the drivers, and even physically trying to tighten the USB ports by pulling the USB port clamps up with a screwdriver. None of it seemed to have an effect.

Oh wow does it get hot. Like, so hot you cant even touch the keyboard. Not only that but the cpu basically cooks itself, 92°C on a basic game. Its so bad I tried returning it but got no help at all, so...

Pros:

We would have given this laptop five stars however it requires the addition of a card upgrade. This upgrade requires the general layperson doesn’t have the anti static strap or equipment to install it. We had to get someone with that equipment to perform the change. Should have been installed before the customer received it in my opinion. Other than that, we love it. Would purchase again.

I’ve had this for about a month and have put in over 200 hours of games and homework. So far, I haven’t had any issues with frame lag as long as it is plugged in. This is most definitely the best bang for your buck. Whereas you don’t have the luxuries of having an aluminum body or a better quality camera, you do get what matters in gaming: the powerful insides to give you solid performance, adequate heat management, and smooth graphics. For its price range, I still think it to be the best.

I got this computer one year ago for christmas, its been amazing except for two giant flaws. The battery life is terrible, it wont last an hour just using google chrome, no games in the backround no nothing. The other major flaw is that it overheats a lot just playing fortnite cod or even sometimes just minecraft the cpu will get to 100 degrees celsius its crazy the computer will get so hot it will hurt to the touch. This is not very important but the speakers are pretty quiet. On the other hand the picture is great, games run really smoothly the graphics card is great it works really well. Except for the battery and the computer battery.
