> 3 dayIm still working with the seller to try to fix the situation. The computer showed up, I removed all the bloat (programs Ill never participate in). I do video editing and sound design so just needed something for semi-heavy rendering with Vegas Pro 20 & Studio One 6 Recording software. 2 weeks in, everything happened in 1 day. Rebooted on its own. No big deal right? Then a couple hours later during light work load (no gaming, Im not a gamer) long beep that wouldnt stop. Turned off with the power button. Waited maybe 10 minutes. Pushed the power button; nothing, no power. Been through all the troubleshooting (most of which I couldnt do because no power) but I figured they knew something I didnt. It is currently a paperweight. I will proably come back and update this later but if someone asked me today, Id say DO NOT buy this computer. Ive heard about nothing but problems, even possession after doing more research on the internet. I guess Acer doesnt care about their customers. I like Lenova. Ive had 3 in the past 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences. My T430 Laptop has out lasted everything. Im on it now. Stay tuned for more later.

Greater than one weekI think theyre lumping in a few generations of this pc. The one I ordered said there was display port. There was no display port. That (and any other discrepancies i may have missed, because I immediately repackaged) was enough to return. See photo

> 3 dayThis computer has been fantastic for my daughter. She wanted to dip her toes into pc gaming, but is young enough that she isn’t going to play anything too graphics intensive. So far it has not disappointed. For a young gamer getting their first gaming pc, this is a perfect balance between cost and hardware. If on the other hand you are getting a gaming pc for an older child or adult that plays more intense games, this isn’t the best option. It’s a solid value on an entry level gaming pc.

Greater than one weekThis has been my first PC. I use the internet, game and stream on Twitch. I play stuff like Assassins Creed, League of Legends, and I recently started running the new CoD MW on it. I’m getting about 80ish FPS on CoD with the 8gb of RAM stock. Upgrades I’ve got are the RAM (G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB F4-4000C18D-16GVK) and it’s super easy to install and now I’m getting 110-120 FPS. The motherboard doesn’t have a bios for me to be able to overclock the RAM, but the motherboard is another change you could do. The 512gb of Memory is decent, but can fill up quick if you have a medium/large game library. If the RAM isn’t a major issue for you, you could upgrade the Memory to 1tb or more. I also bought the Red Dragon Draconic 60% RGB keyboard, Glorious Model O Wireless Gaming Mouse and Logitech G733 wireless headset.

> 3 dayI cant believe that in 2021 there are still companies selling computers that are advertised as gaming PCs but only ship with 8GB of RAM. That is ridiculous in my opinion. I hope Acer will realize their mistake and start shipping this computer with 16GB of RAM. So as soon as you receive it, that is the first thing you need to upgrade. If you want a good overall computer for daily use and plan to do a bit of gaming, that might be the only upgrade you need. But if you are a serious gamer who needs the best performance possible, you will either want to replace the GPU or look at a different computer than this one. But I am a light gamer and am more concerned with the overall performance of a computer, so this system has performed well for me after I upgraded the RAM. It doesnt ship with Windows 11 like many systems do these days, but Acer says it will be available as a free upgrade. Other the fact that you need to upgrade the RAM, this system is a fairly good value for the price and it is fairly fast.

> 3 dayI’m gonna start by saying that this PC kicks ass! For a decent price, it runs DayZ modded like a dream! Beta tested Battlefield 2042 with hardly any issues at all! Only 4 stars because I had to change the graphics cards but if you run it as it comes, you won’t be disappointed! Packaging was nice and tight with no problems or damage inside, and all the cables came in nice and tidy little bundles with separate packaging inside the box, it’s got decent weight to it, not too heavy, not too bulky. Perfectly fine to pick up and move with ease. Setup was quick and easy and all the cables can go in one direction with no tangles. Definitely a great starter gaming PC for those who want to join the master platform. Recommended highly!

> 3 dayThis Acer Nitro Gaming Desktop is great computer. It is very easy to get set up right out of the box. I ordered this as a second PC to use for my sons gaming and then for general use - work and school work. It is the perfect intro computer for gaming - has lots of features included. Although, we did add more Ram. All in all this is great desktop - very happy with it - has a lot for the price point.
