I got this about a week and a half ago, it worked amazing, even better than I expected, but after a few days, it started performing worse, it was doing whatever I wanted it to, like recording games at full HD quality, and it has just gone down hill since, I dont know why, its not overheating, I even got it a cooling pad, it first benchmarked 69th percentile three days ago, and today it benched 44th percentile, Im really confused and wouldnt really recommend this to anyone, and if it keeps dropping in performance I want my money back and ill buy a desktop.

This laptop is amazing its a good buy for somebody who wants to get into PC gaming but doesnt necessarily want to put their own PC together yes its easy to build your own PC for the same price or possibly cheaper but theres a whole lot of headaches that go into that and its really easy to mess it up so if you want to avoid headaches go straight to gaming this is your option this is your best bet one word of advice though if you dont want the fans to blow like crazy all the time open up nitro sense and select battery saver option for both AC and battery mode I get 200 FPS and rocket league 150 FPS and Counter-Strike very satisfied awesome computer.

Bought the laptop for my teenager, mostly for gaming and personal use. She was so happy when she received it..I have not heard of any issues or complaints from her, besides that battery quality could be better. Overall a good buy

So far so good with the computer. Easy to set up. Works for fortnite and roblox. My kids are extremely happy. Had an issue with the sound not working. The computer needed to update and the sound worked.

Laptop doesnt hold a charge, fan doesnt turn on, screen flickering all within a year and 50-100 hrs of use. Cannot remove battery and no reset button.

Decent laptop, but it’s made of plastic! Feels cheap and fragile.
