This laptop is blazing fast and is able to play games like Skyrim and Fallout 4 at ultra high resolution with high frame rates. Smooth and crisp graphics and a bright screen. The only issue I have so far is that the screen backlighting will turn itself off after about 30 seconds. I understand this as a battery saving technique, however there is no way to change the setting. Other than this very minor annoyance, I am quite pleased with the comp[uter and would heartily recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive or entry level gaming laptop.

Never had such an amazing gaming machine. The Acer Nitro 5 is truly powerful and portable. It easily handled every game that I tried with the highest video settings. The IPS display is great, the keyboard and the touchpad feel really good, and the overall design of the laptop is slick! This is the best product you can find for the price. In addition, the laptops offers a lot of upgradability which is also a huge plus.

This laptop is amazing its a good buy for somebody who wants to get into PC gaming but doesnt necessarily want to put their own PC together yes its easy to build your own PC for the same price or possibly cheaper but theres a whole lot of headaches that go into that and its really easy to mess it up so if you want to avoid headaches go straight to gaming this is your option this is your best bet one word of advice though if you dont want the fans to blow like crazy all the time open up nitro sense and select battery saver option for both AC and battery mode I get 200 FPS and rocket league 150 FPS and Counter-Strike very satisfied awesome computer.

The best laptop for gaming and school!

Parents bought this for my sister and this is perfect for her to start on its good for light-medium gaming. With school converting to online its perfect as well. This computer also has good battery life away from the charger while might use with heavy use not so much its good though. Overall the computer is good for its current price and an amazing deal.

Battery life last about 2 hours on a full charge. Other than that, great laptop for the price. As a truck driver this laptop is a bang for the buck
