I bought this laptop for my wife who isnt really an avid gamer but enjoys them from time to time.

I love the laptop and it works great but it crashes every time I try to play minecraft and watch a video on YouTube and I dont know why it is doing that but I have tried to find out what could be causing it to crash but so far I havent found anything

Such bad experiences, The nvidia graphics card stop worked after 4 months of use, and now the the built in cam.

So far very happy with the Laptop not used to having a gaming laptop but loving it so far have not tested the battery life yet but would recommend

Only thing I would say is you definitely need more storage and ram probably a ssd for it and it does get loud so you’ll need a laptop cooling stand as well or something to prop the laptop up so increase air intake

I had to do a bit of research to get the best bang for the buck for a budget gaming PC. Mainly using it to browse web, do some coding, and photoshopping. Nitro 5 is the first gaming laptop Ive owned but I also owned other gaming desktop currently as well.

It’s a great gaming laptop, it can and will get loud but ear buds or headphones would cover the noise up easily, I suggest upgrading storage and ram, battery life is less desirable when playing games

My son got this to play his black ops and modern warfare on and he absolutely love it and the graphics on it

Bought this laptop in 2020 and everything was awesome until I added an M.2 to the open slot. After adding the M.2 everything worked fine for about an hour then Bluescreen and restart. After restarting the new drive would not be visible or accessible, not even in bios. I updated and followed the suggested tweaks that other people that are having the same issue on the forums. the best I can get out of the Laptop with the new M.2 installed is about 2 reboots a day instead of every hour. When I pull it out the laptop works fine. So, in short, make sure you upgrade your Acer gaming laptops before your warranty is gone.

I play games that demand a lot out of a computer and didn’t have any problems playing any games at medium to high graphics. Pretty nice download speeds
